How to Measure for the Right Fit
1. WAIST

Lay your gym shorts flat on a table.

Measure straight across the waistband from one edge to the other (do not stretch it).

Double that number to get your waist measurement in inches.

Example: If it measures 16", your waist is 32".
2. HIP

With shorts still flat, measure across the widest point of the shorts—usually about 7–8 inches down from the top of the waistband.

Double that number to get the full hip circumference.
3. OUTSEAM

Measure from the very top of the waistband down the side seam to the bottom hem of the shorts.
4. INSEAM

Measure from the crotch seam (where all the stitching meets) down to the bottom hem along the inner leg.
