I searched for quite a long time to find a heavy duty selvege denim vest. I typically wear an aramid hoodie while riding, but wanted to layer a vest on top for extra warmth and additional abrasion resist. Most of the vests I came across were thin, poor quality denim or were insanely expensive. This one ended up being exactly what I was looking for at a price point that I thought was fair for the quality.
