2. Notification: You must notify us of the defect or damage within 24 Hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with your order number and clear photos of the defects.
3. Resolution: If we confirm the item is defective or damaged, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the full value of your purchase for that product after the item(s) are returned on this product.
