What is the Built to Last Guarantee?

Our gear isn’t made for closets—it’s made to be worn, worked in, and lived in. That’s why we back every custom Rebel Reaper vest and jacket with our 12-Month Craftsmanship Guarantee. If something goes wrong due to how it was made, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

We cover manufacturing defects in:

• Stitching coming apart under normal wear

• Broken zippers or hardware (snaps, buttons, closures)

• Material failure caused by poor construction

This guarantee is valid for 12 months from the delivery date on all custom Rebel Reaper vests and jackets.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (fading, fraying, scuffs, stretching)

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care

• Sizing issues due to body changes after ordering

• Leather or denim aging over time

• Rips, cuts, stains, or chemical damage

• Third-party alterations (patches, stitching, rockers, or repairs not done by Rebel Reaper)

• Non-custom items or accessories

If your item was altered or damaged after delivery, it does not qualify for coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email orders@rebelreaper.com with the following:

• Full name and original order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

• A short description of the problem

• Confirmation that the item was not modified after delivery

Our team will review your claim. If it qualifies, we’ll approve the repair or replacement. If not, we’ll let you know and may offer a paid repair option if available.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Repairs

• You are responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection or repair

• If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping back to you

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items to us.

How Long Does the Warranty Last?

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery date of your custom item and only applies to Rebel Reaper custom vests and jackets. It is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

How to Measure for the Right Vest Fit
(Use a soft measuring tape or compare with a vest you already own)

1. Chest:

Wrap the tape around the widest part of your chest, just under your armpits.
Keep it level and comfortably snug.
Don’t puff up—stand relaxed.

2. Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline (above your hips, below your ribcage).
Make sure the tape is flat and not twisted.

3. Shoulder Width:
Measure from the end of one shoulder straight across the back to the other end.
Best done with help or using a well-fitting vest as a guide.

4. Body Length: 
Measure from the top of your shoulder near the base of your neck, straight down the front to where you want the vest to end (typically around the belt line for standard vests).

We typically do not carry in stock 4XL+ on select vests. You would need to order a custom vest using our online builder.

Layering Tip:

• If you plan to wear the vest over a hoodie, jacket, or thicker layers, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
