How to Measure Yourself for a Proper Fit
NOTE: Use a flexible cloth measuring tape. Stand straight, relaxed, and wear a fitted shirt for the most accurate results.
1. Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
➡️ Keep the tape flat and level all the way around.
➡️ Don't hold your breath—stand natural and relaxed.
2. Sleeve Length
Start at the top of your shoulder (where your shirt seam would sit), run the tape down the outside of your arm, all the way to your wrist bone.
➡️ Keep your arm slightly bent for the most natural measurement
Place the measuring tape at the base of your neck (just below your collar), and run it straight down your spine to where you want the shirt to end—typically mid-hip for flannels.
➡️ This tells you how long the shirt will fit on your torso.
Fit Tip:
If you prefer a looser, roomier fit or plan to layer, go one size up from your exact measurements.
