By participating in this Giveaway, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents and citizens of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Rebel Reaper Clothing Company LLC are not eligible to participate.

Entrants must provide and maintain a valid, confirmed email address, telephone number, and residential address. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unconfirmed contact information will void entry eligibility.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM MST on June 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on September 25, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Giveaway.

No entries will be accepted after the closing date and time. The winner will be announced live via Rebel Reaper’s designated social media platforms and email list on or around 5:00 PM MST on September 30, 2025 (the "Drawing Date").

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

A) Entry via Qualified Purchase: Eligible entries are obtained through qualified purchases made directly with Rebel Reaper Clothing Company during the Giveaway Period.

Entry Calculation: Customers receive a minimum of one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on merchandise (excluding tax, shipping, discounts, and gift card purchases).
Promotional Multipliers: The Sponsor may offer limited-time promotions (e.g., "Double Entry," "Triple Entry") where the entry calculation is multiplied. The exact multiplier will be clearly advertised on the Rebel Reaper website and/or social media at the time of purchase. Entry totals are automatically calculated based on the time of purchase and the entry multiplier in effect.
A valid full name, phone number, and confirmed email address are required at checkout.

B) Voiding of Entries: Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will result in the forfeiture of all entries pertaining to that order and will render those entries ineligible to win. The Sponsor is the sole determinant of whether an entry is valid.

C) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) / Mail-In Entry: To enter without purchase, eligible individuals may submit a mail-in entry. Entrants must legibly handwrite their information on a stamped #10 envelope and mail it to the Sponsor’s address: Rebel Reaper Clothing Company LLC, ATTN: 2007 Harley Giveaway Entry, 3102 E. Cactus Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85032.

The envelope must contain: your full legal name, complete street address (P.O. Boxes are not acceptable), valid email address, telephone number, and a statement agreeing to these Official Rules.
Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive five (5) entries into the drawing.
Only one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope is permitted. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 20, 2025, and received by September 24, 2025. Mechanical reproductions, photocopies, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) pre-owned 2007 Custom Harley-Davidson Dyna motorcycle (approximate retail value: up to $15,000 USD).

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible purchase and mail-in entries on or around September 30, 2025.

The potential winner will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided at the time of entry/purchase ("Prize Notification"). The potential winner must respond to the Prize Notification within five (5) business days. Failure to respond, or if the notification is undeliverable, will result in the disqualification of the potential winner and the selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Verification: The potential winner must successfully execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Liability Waiver (the "Required Documents") within five (5) business days of their delivery. Non-compliance, failure to timely return the Required Documents, or any other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in prize forfeiture.

6. GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS – TAXES, FEES, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Grand Prize motorcycle is a pre-owned vehicle awarded "AS-IS," "WHERE-IS," and "WITH ALL FAULTS."The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the motorcycle, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or mechanical condition.

Tax and Financial Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, levies, duties, and/or fees associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. This explicitly includes:

Any and all income tax liability and reporting requirements arising from the prize's fair market value (FMV). The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the FMV of the prize.
All costs for title, registration, and licensing fees required by the State of Arizona or the winner’s state of residence.
Any other normal fees for claiming the prize.

Possession and Transport:

The winner must provide proof of a valid U.S. motorcycle operator's license and proof of legally required motorcycle insurance before taking possession.
The winner must make all arrangements for and complete transportation or shipping of the motorcycle from the Sponsor’s location in Phoenix, Arizona, within thirty (30) days of successful prize claim. Failure to comply with these terms will result in prize forfeiture.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY AND/OR ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS REBEL REAPER CLOTHING COMPANY LLC, AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND ALL RELATED ENTITIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGES, INJURY, OR CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OPERATING THE MOTORCYCLE; AND (C) THE RELEASED PARTIES' ACTIONS OR INACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, OR CONDUCT OF THE GIVEAWAY.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; (ii) technical, hardware, or software failures, malfunctions, or line errors of any kind; (iii) any damage to an entrant's computer or mobile device; or (iv) any other human or technical error or problem that may occur.

8. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

A) DATA PRIVACY: By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and retention of their personal information by the Sponsor for purposes of administering this Giveaway.

B) RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

C) FORCE MAJEURE: The Sponsor shall not be liable for any damages, failure, or delay in performing its obligations under these Official Rules if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, fire, utility outages, or strikes.

D) DISQUALIFICATION: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or attempting to unfairly influence the outcome. Fake, multiple entries, bots, or invalid contact information will result in immediate disqualification.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Giveaway is governed by and shall be construed solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

ALL ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION LOCATED IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES IN ANY OTHER FORUM, INCLUDING CLASS ACTION.
