1. Preorder Terms

  • Prepayment Required: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your custom item (unless stated other on the product page)
  • Estimated Delivery Window: Custom preorders typically take [4 weeks up to 8 weeks] for production and shipping. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, or unforeseen delays. If sooner or later, we will communicate this to you prior to shipment and tracking sent.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Custom Nature of Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom preorders, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • No Order Modifications: Once your preorder has been submitted and payment processed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

3. Limited Warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event of a defect (e.g., incorrect sizing, design, or damage upon delivery), contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or repair where applicable.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Issues due to normal wear, misuse, or negligence are not covered under this policy.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Delivery Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address at the time of preorder. Rebel Reaper is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided.
  • Tracking Updates: Once your custom item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Rebel Reaper is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

By placing a preorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. It is understood that custom preorder items are made specifically for the customer, and deviations from standard production timelines or final product expectations may occur as part of the custom process.
