Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).
Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 10 days (30 days for international packages).
Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.
Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.

Worry-Free Delivery also includes carbon offsets for emissions in the recipient’s destination country.

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange items, as long as they’re new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.

Free returns/exchanges are available if you purchased return insurance at checkout—we’ll provide a prepaid return label
Exclusions: Custom vests/jackets, hats, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, shipping insurance, International Orders, and anything marked Final Sale or Custom
