What a Pre-Order Means
When you purchase a Pre-Order product, you are reserving an item in advance before it is produced or stocked. Your payment secures your place in line for that limited batch.
Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Estimated production and fulfillment times are listed on each product page. These timelines are only estimates and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside our control.
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
Pre-Order Final Sale Policy
All Pre-Order items are Final Sale — no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your order is placed.
Because these pieces are made-to-order or part of a limited run:
- We cannot cancel your order once it has entered production.
- We cannot issue refunds for delays, changes of mind, or size issues.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for fit, color, or style preference.
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right.
- Contact us at orders@rebelreaper.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a store credit for the full value of the item.
No direct replacements or cash refunds will be issued for pre-order products. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.
