How to Start a Return or Exchange Instructions
All returns and exchanges are handled through our online portal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open the Returns & Exchanges Portal and verify your order number & details
- Select the eligible item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. If the item you need is out of stock or not available, please reach out to us at orders@rebelreaper.com for options for a resolution
- Choose your option: Store Credit or Exchange (same item, size, or color—if in stock).
- Confirm eligibility and any label or cost for the label shown in the portal.
- Pack your item in original condition and ship using the provided label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, processing typically takes up to 5 business days for review (excluding Sundays & Mondays & National Holidays).
NOTE: If your item was a gift, select that option on the Portal main menu and follow the steps.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Items:
- New, unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in original packaging.
- Items must be clean, folded properly as they arrived, and re-sellable to be eligible.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (inventory permitting).
Not Eligible:
- Final Sale items (see below for more details).
- Certain Online-Exclusive Only products (see below).
- Worn, washed, odorous, or damaged items.
- Items missing tags, packaging, or original condition.
- Returns requested after 30 days.
- Returns sent manually without first submitting through our portal.
Note: Pre-Order, Final Sale, Black Friday Final Sale, Custom Vests, Custom Jackets, Custom Products, Online-Only Exclusives are exempt from exchanges or returns. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated other wise in the return portal processing, or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Online-Exclusive Only Products
These limited releases are Final Sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing or change of mind.
Exception:
If your Online-Exclusive item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@rebelreaper.com with photos and your order number. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved or denied at Rebel Reaper Clothing Company's discretion.
Once verified, we’ll issue store credit for the full value of the item after it’s returned and inspected.
Return & Exchange Processing
- Exchanges ship after your return is received and approved.
- If you need a size urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for store credit once it’s processed.
- For exceptions or special circumstances, email orders@rebelreaper.com.
Return & Exchange Review Timeline
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays & Mondays).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email once your store credit or exchange has been issued or accepted after receiving the item & reviewed.
Worry-Free Delivery & Package Protection
We offer Worry-Free Delivery Protection at checkout to cover issues caused by lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen shipments. This is handled by our trusted partner, Seel, not Rebel Reaper directly.
What’s Covered
- Lost: Package not delivered within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International)
- Delay: Over 10 days (U.S.) or 30 days (International) beyond expected date
- Damage: Broken, crushed, or unusable item within 7 days of delivery
- Theft: Stolen within 7 days after tracking is marked “Delivered”
Not Covered
- Cosmetic or minor packaging damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Opened or unsealed items
- Claims submitted after the eligible timeframe
- Orders that did not include Worry-Free Protection at checkout
Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Damaged Packages with Worry-Free Delivery
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery Insurance at checkout, follow these steps for "How to File a Claim" for your order.
Handled by Seel (not Rebel Reaper directly).
- Visit claims.seel.com
- Enter your order number and checkout email
- Select the appropriate claim type: Lost / Delay / Theft / Damage
- Seel will follow up with you via email once your claim is processed
IMPORTANT NOTE: Wait for instructions from Seel for the next steps, Rebel Reaper does not handle these claims directly. It is handled through our Partners at Seel and Parcel Panel directly.
