Fulfillment Locations

  • Online Exclusive products are available only in the United States.
  • International orders for these items may not be eligible — you’ll be notified at checkout if shipping isn’t available to your region.
  • Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from different facilities.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy
All Online Exclusive items are Final Sale. Because these products are limited-release and made in small batches, we cannot offer:

  • Returns or exchanges for size or preference
  • Cancellations or refunds once an order is placed

Please review size charts carefully before ordering — sizing may vary between different online-exclusive drops.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Here’s how:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once verified, we’ll issue a store credit equal to the full value of the affected item(s).

We do not offer direct replacements or cash refunds for limited-edition products.
