FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE (IN-STOCK ITEMS)

This section applies only to in-stock, ready-to-ship products. (Pre-orders, online exclusives, custom vests/jackets, and limited-edition releases follow the Pre-Order Policy further below.)

Orders ship Tuesday through Saturday (we’re closed Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM MST on Saturday process the next business day (Tuesday).
Orders placed before 12 PM MST on a business day typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing or fulfillment time.
During peak or holiday seasons, please allow additional handling time.
Once your order enters processing, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
For urgent requests, email orders@rebelreaper.com as soon as possible with your order number, name, and as much detail for a quicker resolution.

U.S. SHIPPING

Free Economy Shipping on orders over $100 USD (threshold may vary during promotions—your cart will always show the current offer).
Orders under $100 USD will display real-time carrier rates at checkout.
Average delivery: 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
Tracking information is automatically sent by email or SMS once your order ships.
Delivery windows may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons which are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders typically ship within 1–2 business days with full tracking provided.
Average delivery: 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout or collected at delivery (paid by the recipient).
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders.
Rebel Reaper is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered international packages once marked Delivered by the carrier.

TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent automatically once your order leaves our warehouse.
If your tracking shows “Pre-Shipment” for more than 7 business days, email orders@rebelreaper.com with your order number.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived:
1. Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.
2. Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes mark items delivered early.
3. If still missing, follow the Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders steps below.

MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Select the applicable claim type (Lost / Delay / Theft / Damage)
Seel will contact you by email with updates and resolution.

OPTION #2: If You Did NOT Purchase “Worry-Free Protection”

Contact your carrier directly to open a search claim via the carriers website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Email orders@rebelreaper.com with your name, order number, and situation details.
Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Note: Rebel Reaper is not liable for packages once marked Delivered by the carrier if Worry-Free Protection was not purchased.

HEAVY / HIGH-VALUE ITEMS (LEATHER JACKETS / CUSTOM VESTS)

These may at times during the holiday season to prevent packages being stolen we may require signature on delivery which will show on your tracking information if necessary.
If your order is over $200 USD we may at our discretion add this as a requirement to protect us as the merchant and yourself to ensure it is delivered properly.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

What a Pre-Order Means

When you purchase a Pre-Order product, you are reserving an item in advance before it’s produced or stocked.
Your payment is charged immediately at checkout, securing your spot in that production batch.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.

Shipping & Fulfillment for Pre-Orders

Estimated production and fulfillment timelines are shown on each product page.
These are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside our control.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

Pre-Order Final Sale Policy

All pre-orders are FINAL SALE — no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once placed.
Because these pieces are made-to-order or produced in small limited runs:

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
No refunds for delays, changes of mind, or sizing issues.
No returns or exchanges for fit, color, or style preference.

Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Pre-Order Items

If your pre-order item arrives defective or damaged:

Contact orders@rebelreaper.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage.
Once verified, we’ll issue store credit for the full value of the item.
No direct replacements or cash refunds are issued for pre-order products.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

We work hard to ship fast — once an order enters processing, cancellations or edits are not guaranteed.

If you need to make a change, and your order is not fulfilled yet - email orders@rebelreaper.com immediately and we’ll attempt to intercept before shipment.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Saturday). Pre-orders follow the timeline listed on each product page.

Q: Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
A: Carriers sometimes delay scans. If no updates appear after 7-10 business days, contact us with your order number.

Q: My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I never received it.
A: Follow the steps under Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders based on whether you purchased Worry-Free Protection.

Q: Can I combine multiple orders or change my size after checkout?
A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined or altered once processing begins. Double-check your details before completing checkout.
