How to Measure Your Fit

WAIST
Lay the pants flat. Measure straight across the waistband from one end to the other.
✚ Double that number to get your waist size.
Example: 17" across = 34" waist.

HIP
Measure 7–8 inches down from the top of the waistband.
✚ Measure straight across the widest part.
✚ Double that number for total hip measurement.

INSEAM
Start at the crotch seam (where all seams meet) and measure straight down to the bottom hem of the pant leg.

LENGTH
Measure from the top of the waistband straight down the side seam to the bottom hem.

Notes:

Inseam is fixed at 34" for all sizes (standard for many denim/workwear brands).
Outseam (length) varies slightly depending on rise and fit style.
Hips are estimated based on typical garment grading.

How to Measure for the Right Fit

1. WAIST

Lay your gym shorts flat on a table.
Measure straight across the waistband from one edge to the other (do not stretch it).
Double that number to get your waist measurement in inches.
Example: If it measures 16", your waist is 32".

2. HIP

With shorts still flat, measure across the widest point of the shorts—usually about 7–8 inches down from the top of the waistband.
Double that number to get the full hip circumference.

3. OUTSEAM

Measure from the very top of the waistband down the side seam to the bottom hem of the shorts.

4. INSEAM

Measure from the crotch seam (where all the stitching meets) down to the bottom hem along the inner leg.

How to Measure (With a Soft Tape)

WAIST
Lay your shorts flat. Measure straight across the waistband.
✚ Double that number = your waist size.
(16.5" flat = 33" waist)

HIP
Measure across the widest part, about 7–8" down from the waistband.

INSEAM
From crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the hem.

LEG OPENING
Measure straight across the hem of one leg opening.
✚ Double that number = total leg opening circumference total number above calculated.
