The only exception to our Final Sale policy is if the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival.

1. Please use our online Return/Exchange portal to walk you through the process. If you did not purchase protection, or unable to process using the portal, follow the instructions below.
2. Notification: You must notify us of the defect or damage within 24 Hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with your order number and clear photos of the defects.
3. Resolution: If we confirm the item is defective or damaged, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the full value of your purchase for that product after the item(s) are returned on this product. Due to the exclusive limited availability on these Exclusive Online Only Limited Edition Products we do not offer direct replacements or refunds for these limited-edition items.
