The only exception to our Final Sale policy is if the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Resolution: If we confirm the item is defective or damaged, we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the full value of your purchase for that product after the item(s) are returned on this product. We do not offer direct replacements or refunds for these limited-edition items.
