How to Measure for the Right Fit

1. WAIST

  • Lay your gym shorts flat on a table.

  • Measure straight across the waistband from one edge to the other (do not stretch it).

  • Double that number to get your waist measurement in inches.

  • Example: If it measures 16", your waist is 32".


2. HIP

  • With shorts still flat, measure across the widest point of the shorts—usually about 7–8 inches down from the top of the waistband.

  • Double that number to get the full hip circumference.


3. OUTSEAM

  • Measure from the very top of the waistband down the side seam to the bottom hem of the shorts.


4. INSEAM

  • Measure from the crotch seam (where all the stitching meets) down to the bottom hem along the inner leg.
